Hoover vacuum parts
Ignore all those with a gripe about what it will and won’t fit. It only fits bag models. Ignore those with quality issues. It’s the same construction as the original hose, or at least not detectable to me. It’s the same hose that will compress with the suction of the vacuum, so you still have to be careful not to pull to hard and tip over the vacuum. This really helps to get up high without having to place the vaccuum on a chair. I purchased this for $13 bucks, must have been a great sale on Amazon at the time… maybe they will change it back for you. Hoover vacuum parts

hoover vacuum
I was a bit worried when I first bought this, since the box didn’t list any specifics about the power level of the cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. If you want a great vacuum but don’t want to spend the equivalent of a car payment on a Dyson, buy the EmPower. It’s pretty powerful, and the pet attachment does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I was kind of freaked out with all the dirt, dust and pet hair that ended up in the cannister, but seeing all that plus a clean carpet gives you a pretty good feeling of satisfaction. The cord is extra loooong, which makes going from room to room easier, and the brushes on the bottom of the vacuum really work the nap of the carpet to make it look brand new when you’re done. The rotating brushes also create a traction feature, like a lawnmower, that makes it glide across the carpet surface - since I’m so used to pushing crummy cleaners, it almost flew out of my hand the first time I used it. I agree about the “hush” mode feature, however - sounds like a regular vacuum to me. But since I didn’t buy it for that feature (who looks for a quiet vacuum?), I don’t care that it’s really a non-feature.
I suspect Hoover is phasing this model out, since it’s on sale practically everwhere I see it (I got mine at Home Depot), but as long as they continue to sell the filters, this is going to be my primary vac for a long time to come. It’s a great buy at this price and higher. Hoover vacuum

eureka vacuums
We bought this vacuum to replace an old mighty mite that had lasted years and years. I was amazed at the strength in this new model- it picked up dirt and pet hair that I thought was permanently embedded in the carpet! Also the pet hair attachment is fantastic for the couch and the drapes. My only complaint is that it is hard to adjust the suction with the little air vent at the neck of the vacuum, though once you figure it out it works well. I also love that it has a HEPA filter and comes with two vacuum bags. Eureka vacuums

rainbow vacuum
I am a mother and step-mother of 7 and I have owned this vacuum for over a year now and we love it. Everytime I vacuum I get so much dirt and hair that it just amazes me still. The water idea to collect the dirt and dust is magnificent, it works! I use it to purify the air after the kids leave for school, and in the winter, I used it to keep the air from getting too dry. I believe that products should be “multi-taskers” and this one does so much…It vacuums, can clean the air, can inflate, use it to blow the dirt off your sidewalk or porch, you can even use it for light carpet cleaning. Sure it is kind of a pain to fill it with water and then empty it out when you are done, but it is well worth it, you gotta take the good with the bad. Also, there are lots of parts that don’t have a good storage. rainbow vacuum

miele vacuum cleaner
I am happy with the ease of use, power, and portability of this vacuum cleaner. We had a canister before that needed so much storage space and parts to be put together before we can use it. Now, the upright is just there and ready to go. It cleans our hardwood floors, tile bathroom, kitchen linoleum, and office rug area very efficiently. I noticed that the dust doesn’t blow around or settle on the floor but is actually sucked into the bag! The HEPA filter addition is a plus with 2 cats! I highly recommend it. It is a bit on a “heavy side” (about 10lbs.), so that’s a consideration. But for me, it’s a good way to workout my arms.Miele vacuum cleaner

Cleans like a mini-tornado and bagless canister vacuum
This vacuum cleaner looks a tad like an offshoot of Artoo-Detoo, but it gets the job done in a jiffy. I put it together fairly easily, plugged it in, hit the button and took it for a test-drive. It cleaned my wall-to-wall carpeting in no time at all and left it looking like new and also bagless canister vacuum. There’s a foot pedal to wind the cord, and the cord is 22 feet long so that one plug-in should take care of a good-size room. And the best thing is there is no yucky bag to change (the worst thing about regular vacuum cleaners). The plastic dirt container needs emptying every three or four weeks (I vacuum three rooms of wall-to-wall carpeting once a week) but it couldn’t be simpler — push the release button, lift the container out, dump the dirt into the garbage can, rinse out the container, dry it and pop it back in. There are a several attachments to clean the stairs, the blinds, and the furniture that work well. This is a great mid-price canister vac that is a good value for the money.

Best canister vacuum, small but powerfull!
After driving my family insane shopping for vacuums I finally settled on the Miele. I purchased a Dyson DC21, but returned it in the first week due to its poor construction. I was close to buying a Sears cannister, but was concerned about the poor quality and I thought that it was noisy and heavy. I had heard that Miele was the best and quite honestly didn’t want to spend upwards of $800 for a vacuum. But, after spending an hour at the local vacuum store (Mr. Sweeper in W. Roxbury, MA - -they rock!!) looking at various brands and talking with one of the sales people I finally settled on the Miele.
I have to admit — it is a really best canister vacuum. It is extremely powerful and still very quiet. It rolls easily around the house and with the long hose and cord it has an incredible reach. The HEPA filtration is so good that I think the air is actually cleaner after I vacuum.
Other features that I like:
|
* It is solid! The plastic is the same material used to make motorcycle helmets and you can swing the unit by the cord it’s so well attached.
* The exhaust is on the top so it doesn’t spread dust around as you sweep.
If you can afford the cost, I highly recommend it.
